BROW LAMINATION SERVICE

​This is a new trend that came from the UK! Brow lamination is a process of restructuring the brow hairs to keep them in a desired shape. Very similar to lash lifts, brow lamination perms eyebrow hair in place to create a fuller eyebrow look. It’s the perfect treatment for anyone whose hairs are irregular in direction, have any gaps in between hairs, or who want that groomed, brushed-up look. Hairs are permed to be straighter and shaped according to preference. They are great for all brow types, but especially for coarse, curly, or unruly eyebrows as well as thinning brows that need help looking more full.

If this is your first time getting a brow lamination, you have the option to do a patch test before you schedule an appointment. A patch test is done at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to make sure you don't have a reaction to the brow lamination perm or neutralizer. A patch test is done by placing a little amount of the brow lamination solution on your skin and you will be asked to monitor it in case you have a reaction. Patch tests take 5-10 minutes.

For the first 24-hours following your Brow Lamination treatment, DO NOT:

+Wet or rub your eyebrows
+Apply any cream or oils around the eyebrow area
+Apply any makeup on the brows
+Take a sauna, steamy shower or sweat excessively

After 24 hours we recommend using our Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum nightly to keep your brows moisturized and healthy.

Brow lamination lasts approximately 6-8 weeks.

Very few people have a reaction to the lotion but that doesn’t mean you won’t be one of them. What one person reacts to, another is fine with. This is why you can opt to have a patch test 48 hours beforehand.

This procedure isn’t for someone who has had reactions in the past to cosmetics, dyes, tattoos or semi-permanent makeup procedures like microblading. It’s also not recommended for people with burns or scars on or around the brow area. Hypersensitivity of the skin and dermatological disease can be a problem. You can take a patch test 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your skin doesn’t react badly to the brow lamination perm or neutralizer.
