It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase with us and we take that very seriously. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please contact us, send us a pic, and let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will go over options to resolve this matter which may include returning the item for a full refund. After 14 days, the product is nonrefundable.

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 14 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. AVARI BEAUTY is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

All opened and used products that are not defective cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary and safety concerns.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Training or video courses are not refundable.

SALON SERVICES

We do not offer refunds. Any dissatisfied outcomes or adjustments must be made within 1 week of original appointment. For eyelash extensions, we must receive notice of any concerns within 4 days of service performed. We may provide a credit that can be used at Avari Beauty only, which will be determined on a case by case with no guarantees of credit.
