CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope you understand that we are an appointment-based small business and that last-minute schedule changes can significantly impact the income of your favorite artists who are paid in commission.

You may cancel or reschedule your salon appointment 48 hours in advance for all service appointments. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged our retainer fee (50% of the booked service price). All bookings require an active credit card to book with us and retain your spot for no-show and late cancellation protection.

This policy also includes any last-minute appointment adjustments or same-day changes. We offer consultations if you have any concerns or questions about what appointment to book. Book a consult with us online, or feel free to text us.

You can make changes to your appointments by clicking the link in your appointment confirmation email or by signing into your account on Mangomint. We advise you that if you're starting to feel unwell consider rescheduling on time since general illness will not be waived. Unexpected work conflicts will also not be waived. For emergencies, please send proof of the situation before your appointment time and we will waive the fee.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will no longer be able to take you, and this will be counted as a late cancellation and will be charged the retainer fee according to the cancellation policy.
