Perming Solution is the first step in creating beautiful lash lifts and brow laminations. Our solution loosens the bonds of hair and lashes to prepare them for a new curl or lengthened direction! Follow up with fixing Step #2 to continue the process. 10 sachets.

Quick Directions: Apply lotion carefully and leave on for 5-8 minutes for brows, and 8 -12 minutes for lashes. For finer to normal hair, always start at lower time recommendations and increase time with course hair. Remove with dry and water-dampened cotton rounds and Q-tips.
